It is with great pleasure I present to you my readers these selected writings (those of you who would dare to take this journey with me). All of which have appeared in some of my other booklets and journals. I felt it important that as age creeps up on me (as it does all of us) I gather together those thoughts and ideas that have shaped my life for the past 50 years (since I was around 23) and present them in one setting in the hopes that someone can maybe see them in a positive and meaningful way and thus be able to apply them to their lives in some helpful manner. Unfortunately not much has changed in fifty years. I say we have grown wickeder and wiser as a nation, a few of us have a little more "stuff" maybe a few more emblems and degrees. But there are still a bunch more folks of all races, creeds, and colors in this country and the world living in the trenches, over looked (I believe intentionally in many cases) and left behind.
